Reservation Policy:

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel.
  • Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation if the provided information is found to be false or incomplete.
  • The minimum age requirement for check-in is 10 years. Valid identification may be required upon arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment for reservations can be made online through our secure payment gateway in advance
  • For online payments, guests will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
  • In case of payment upon arrival, a valid credit card or cash deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
  • Additional charges for services such as meals, room upgrades, and amenities will be settled separately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  •  Guests can cancel their reservation up to a 7 days prior to the arrival date without incurring any charges. The exact cancellation policy will be mentioned during the booking process.
  • Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or early departures may be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the hotel’s refund policy i.e within 10 days from time of cancellation.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Standard check-in time is [11:00 AM], and check-out time is [10:00 AM].
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Guests are requested to present a valid ID and reservation confirmation at the time of check-in.

Hotel Policies:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, in compliance with local regulations.
  • Pets may be allowed in designated areas of the hotel, subject to prior approval and additional charges.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
  • Guests are expected to adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct and respect other guests’ comfort and privacy.
