General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below
a. Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10:00 am
b. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Charges as applicable
Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. Hotel shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if booking are made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
Children up-to 2 Years of age can stay. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 9 years. Above 10 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
PROOF OF IDENTITY:- As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is Mandatory for all guests to show an valid IDENTITY PROOF at the time of Check-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following Photo Id’s: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
Payments Policy: 100 % payments to be made in advance at the time of reservation.
**CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit amount is non-refundable. However if cancellations intimated 72 hrs. Prior to arrival date, 5 % Cancelation charges will be applicable , Balance amount You will get a Credit Note which will be adjusted within a period of six months against your future room reservation / holiday from the date of issue.
